Signature 84

5 years of Gurgaon rent is enough. Landlord hiked it again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Looked at so many places, most felt too far or too pricey. Signature 84 seems promising for a 3BHK around ₹4 Cr. My big question is about actual livability there. Are the amenities like the gym and clubhouse genuinely useful daily, or just show pieces? And what about the noise and general vibe? Is it a good home, or just looks good on paper?
