Is Adani Lushlands' effective carpet area truly justified given its price in Sohna? I'm comparing it with Signature Global City 92 for a potential investment, and the numbers are interesting. Lushlands, at ₹8 Cr+, offers a certain carpet area, par uska layout kaafi space-wasting lag raha. Signature Global, though lower budget, seems to have more efficient floor plans, giving better usable space for its price point. From my experience, premium projects sometimes compromise on practical layouts for aesthetics. Also, Lushlands is ongoing, which adds a possession risk factor. Is that premium and risk worth it for Lushlands ka brand, ya Signature Global ka layout aur value for money better hai for long-term appreciation? What's your take on their real space efficiency and future value?
Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking this, but buying my own place feels way different than selling. Signature Global City 92 Sohna dekh raha hoon. Price point theek lag raha ₹80L ke around for a 2BHK. But I'm skeptical about the actual livability. Builders often show great layouts on paper, but carpet area efficiency mein kitna farak hota hai, right? Is the actual space usable? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Family ke liye important hai. Anyone living there, please share your honest opinion. Maintenance charges bhi bata do, if possible.
Since getting possession in March, I've been meaning to share this. Jab main Signature Global Park 1 le raha tha, advertised rate per sqft kuch aur tha, but with all the hidden charges, PLC, and actually usable area, it shot up. My builder quoted ₹66.58L but final cost was closer to ₹78L for my 2BHK. It's a proper end-user society, which is a relief. For those who considered Signature Global City 92, did you face similar jump in actual price? Also, how are the amenities there, are they actually useful ya bas brochure pe achhe lagte hain? Hope this helps someone avoid sticker shock.
