Sikka Karnam Greens

Hey guys, I'm looking at property in Noida. I've shortlisted Builders Hi Tech Homes and Sikka Karnam Greens. Hi Tech Homes is cheaper, around ₹23L-₹47L, while Sikka Karnam is ₹56L-₹1.8Cr. Is the extra cost of Sikka Karnam worth it? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about Sikka's construction quality? I'm also thinking about ROI. Which one would give better returns in the long run? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? Location-wise, both are in Noida, but which has better connectivity to the metro? Mujhe advice chahiye! I'm confused. What do you think? Which one would you recommend for investment? Should I consider the amenities offered as well? Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks!

Hey guys, I'm comparing JKG Palm Court (ready to move) and Sikka Karnam Greens (under construction). Location wise, which has better connectivity to the metro? Also, what do you think about the builder's reputation for both? Has anyone experienced delays with Sikka Karnam?
