Gurugram, specifically Silverglades The Melia, has my attention for a 3BHK investment; I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57. The price seems like a decent entry point, but I'm really concerned about the actual ROI here. Heard some stories about RWA issues making rentals tough and hitting resale liquidity. Has the capital appreciation been consistent, or are people struggling with exit strategies? What's the real rental yield after all the maintenance and RWA hassles? Just want to know if the premium is justified.
