Skylark Arcadia Phase 2 ka advertised price per sqft genuine hai, ya super area games? I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is tough. What's the *real* carpet area efficiency and rental potential there? RWA aur society ka kya scene hai after completion?
Brochures mein jo amenities dikhate hain, woh real life mein kitne kaam aate hain? Just moved into Skylark Arcadia Phase 2 kuch months pehle. Brochure mein swimming pool, gym sab top-notch laga tha. Ab lagta hai bas show-piece hai, hardly koi use karta hai. Honestly, construction quality mein bhi thode issues dikh rahe hain already, like minor cracks and fitting problems. Builder ne bola tha best quality, but itna jaldi yeh sab? Maintenance charges toh high hain, but service quality utni nahi lagti. Is this normal for new projects in Bengaluru? Should I expect more? Kya logon ka bhi aisa hi experience rehta hai? Ya kuch cheezein humne miss kar di jab site visit ki thi?
What's the real capital appreciation story for Skylark Arcadia Phase 2? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there for investment. Is the price jump worth it for long-term ROI? Kya iska resale market liquid hai? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal baad bechna pade, toh buyers milenge ya nahi? Also, what's the actual rental yield people are getting there? Brochure mein toh figures bohot achhe dikhate hain, but practical mein kya scene hai? Already have a home loan, so need to be smart about this.
Is ready-to-move really worth the premium in Bangalore for end-users? I'm looking at Soho By Bren versus Skylark Arcadia Phase 2. Soho's ongoing status means lower upfront, but yaar, the hidden costs for interiors, PLC, and then the long wait... not sure if the 'savings' are real. Skylark Arcadia is done, so what you see is what you get, but price range is so much higher. My concern is the total cost of ownership. Plus, with ongoing projects like Soho, investor ratio ka bhi darr rehta hai, right? Will it feel like a ghost town for a while? For Skylark, society vibe is already set. What's people's experience with the actual handover costs for Soho vs the premium for a ready place like Skylark? Really need some honest opinions, not marketing speak.
