Time pe delivery karte hain kya normally? Aur is project mein capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? Matlab, prices kitne badhe hain? Thoda investor-end user ratio ka bhi idea chahiye. Kahin ghost society na ban jaye long term mein. What's your take?
