Everyone glorifies the location and 'luxury' tag, but honestly, most advertised amenities aren't fully functional yet. Pool closed half the time, gym equipment missing. Daily noise levels from the main road are higher than expected. For 3 Cr+, you'd want a genuinely good living experience, right? Disagree? Tell me why.

₹3.1 Cr for SS Linden floors in Sohna feels like a big gamble. Kya actual rental yield justify karega itna price? Builder ka delivery track record Sohna mein kaisa hai? Will capital appreciation be enough?

Honestly, I'm starting to think these super high-end projects are just a money pit for first-time buyers. Log Mahindra Luminare ki itni baat karte hain, but ₹6 Cr+ for an under-construction flat? Yaar, SS Linden bhi ongoing hai aur around ₹3 Cr mein mil raha hai. Investment potential kis mein better hai, considering the under-construction gamble? Seems like a huge risk for Luminare. Change my mind.
