Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent AGAIN! Finally taking the plunge in Noida. I'm looking at Gayatri Vatika and SS Sainik Farms. Gayatri Vatika is cheaper, around 25L, but it's already completed. SS Sainik Farms is like 75L! Big difference, right? Is it worth paying that much more just for ready-to-move? I'm thinking about resale value bhi. Which one will actually give better ROI in 5 years? Honestly not sure if location matters that much between the two for rental potential. Also, anyone living in either? What are the real maintenance charges? Brochure mein toh kuch aur hi dikhate hain! Any advice?
Okay I'm fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent *again*. I'm looking at ready-to-move options: SS Sainik Farms and Unibera Mea Apartments. Sainik Farms is cheaper, but Unibera seems better built. Anyone has experience with carpet area efficiency in either? Which is better for a family?
SS Sainik Farms vs Gayatri Vatika... honestly not sure which way to go. Sainik Farms is ready to move, which is a huge plus. But the price! Gayatri Vatika is way more affordable, but completed doesn't always mean OC mil gaya. Anyone have experience with either? I'm worried about hidden costs in Vatika, like extra for parking or something. Is Sainik Farms worth the extra EMI, considering rental potential later? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
SS Sainik Farms seems pricier, but is carpet area better than Hometech Pride? Ready-to-move is safer, isn't it? Which society has more green space? I don't want a cramped flat.
ATS Le Grandiose aur SS Sainik Farms mein kaunsa better hai for investment? Location wise, kya farak hai? Which one has better ROI in Noida? Kya kisi ko pata hai?
VRSA The Ultima Heights aur SS Sainik Farms, dono ready to move hain Noida mein. Location wise kaunsa better hai? Amenities mein kya farak hai? Investment ke liye which one would you recommend? Mujhe advice chahiye!
