SSVR Crescent

Not proud of this but I almost bought into a project without checking the real construction quality. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Marathahalli and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa. Been looking at places like SSVR Crescent and others in North Bangalore. I'm worried about construction quality affecting resale value. After a year, do you guys see cracks, seepage, or fitting issues pop up? Does that kill tenant interest later? I mean, is the initial price difference for a 'premium' builder actually worth it long-term? Also, these fancy clubhouses and amenities... are they actually used, or just a ghost facility that drives up maintenance charges? Is the price jump for these premium amenities really justified for an investment property? My current building's gym is barely used, so I'm wary. What's your experience with maintenance charges vs. actual service quality in new projects? Is it value for money, or just endless bills?
