Is anyone living in Sun Freedom Floors 2 right now, or visited recently? I'm looking at a 2BHK, around ₹40L, but the carpet area feels so tight. Are the layouts genuinely efficient for daily living, or does it just look okay on paper? My parents keep saying new builds are always small. Also, what's the actual monthly maintenance? Brochure figures never match reality. Honestly not sure if it's a good first home for the price or if I should keep looking. Thoughts?
Been tracking Sun Freedom Floors 2 for investment. The price seems okay, but I'm really worried about delivery timelines. What's the builder's track record for completing projects on time in Delhi? Also, for a 5-7 year hold, how liquid is the resale market? Any insights on actual capital appreciation potential here?
My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured this out. Sun Freedom Floors 2 family ke liye kaisa hai? Kids ke schools, neighborhood safety, aur amenities kitni useful hain? Community vibe?
Did a site visit to Sun Freedom Floors 2 and Ashoka Enclave last Saturday. Honestly, under-construction projects like Sun Freedom Floors 2 (which is like 30-50L) are a big gamble. Everyone glorifies the "new amenities" but nobody talks about the hidden risks of delays and builder track records. Ashoka Enclave, though older, feels more solid, ready to move, no RERA headaches, no waiting for possession. My current 2BHK in South Delhi is fine, but I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Is the price jump for something like Sun Freedom Floors 2 really worth the stress? Builder ka track record bhi dekhna padta hai. I'm worried about rental potential too for under-construction ones; kaun wait karega? Ready property ka rental yield pakka hota hai. Plus, hidden costs like PLC add up. Disagree? Tell me why.
