Supertech Romano mein suna hai maintenance charges zyada hai. Jaypee Greens Kosmos is good, but I heard the resale value isn't great. I'm looking at both for investment, 5-year horizon. Carpet area dono mein kitna milta hai? Honestly, ab samajh nahi aa raha. Which one would you guys recommend for better appreciation? My parents keep saying location matters the most. Any advice?
Supertech The Romano is OC received, so that's less risk. Jaypee Pebble Court is still ongoing, and honestly, I'm wary of under-construction projects now. Is the lower price really worth the potential delays and extra costs? What's your experience been? Is resale better in ready projects?
Romano toh ready-to-move hai, but Calisto is cheaper. Carpet area wise, kisko zyada milta hai? And kids' school admission mein kahaan easy rahega? Confused! Help me decide.
Since January I've been seriously considering buying in Noida. Supertech The Romano Phase I is completed, right? Has anyone actually lived there for a while? What's the real maintenance like, things nobody tells you upfront? I'm also looking at Jaypee Pebble Court, but it's still under construction. Is it worth the risk, or should I stick to something ready to move? Honestly not sure about the carpet area efficiency in either project. I hear builders advertise one thing, but you end up with less usable space. Kya kisi ko pata hai which offers more bang for your buck, space-wise? What about resale value down the line? Which one would be better if I decide to sell after 5 years?
