Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Surendra Home 67. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 56, thinking of upgrading. Is this ₹2.25 Cr price tag for a 3BHK actually worth it for daily living? Site visit pe toh sab accha lagta hai, but real-life experience kaisa hai? Especially the society ka vibe and neighbourhood for schools and markets. Already have a home loan, so this jump needs to make sense. What do existing residents say about its genuine livability?
Finding a manageable home after the kids moved out is harder than I thought. We're looking to sell our old place and Surendra Home 67 in Gurgaon came up, priced around ₹2.25 Cr. I'm wondering if it's genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on paper? For us, low maintenance and hospital proximity are huge. What are the actual monthly maintenance charges like there? And how's the neighbourhood for essentials? Is it friendly or too isolated? Would love to hear from current residents.
Under-construction projects in Sohna are a nightmare, seriously. Got possession of my ROF Insignia Park 88 unit last month. The hidden charges for PLC and club membership are insane; brochure showed one thing, reality's different. My final cost per sqft is way higher than advertised. Anyone else dealing with this? Was Surendra Home 67 more transparent with their total cost of ownership? Or is this just how it is in Sohna?
