Yaar, construction quality ka kya scene hai? Cracks, seepage issues toh nahi aate ek saal baad? Aur jo promised clubhouse, green areas hain, woh actually usable hain ya bas showpiece?

Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... are they actually useful and well-maintained, ya bas showpiece hain? Koi actual resident bata sakta hai daily life wahan kaisi hai?
