Been looking for 8 months now, Swaraa seems good budget-wise. My main concern: upcoming project amenities and neighborhood quality. How to really check if they're genuinely useful daily, not just brochure stuff? Any tips for first-time buyers?

Moved into Swaraa last month. Construction quality yaar, already small cracks. Promised amenities bhi kuch khas nahi lag rahe. Is this normal, ya sirf mere saath ho raha?
