Swaraj Homes Vasant Apartments ka brochure sabse zyada misleading lagta hai. Is price point pe, I'm genuinely skeptical about daily livability. Amenities sirf dikhawe ke hain ya actually useful? Aur neighborhood, schools, hospitals sab kitna close hai? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Change my mind.

Honestly not sure about Rudra Buildwell. Vasant Apartments seems safer. Rudra's OC is delayed, and that’s a huge risk for me. Kids have moved out. Need elevator access ASAP.

Venetia Heights is ready to move, sahi hai. But Swaraj Homes Vasant Apartments mein, carpet area kitna hai? Don't need extra space, maintenance bhi kam chahiye. Any thoughts?
