Swastik Greens

My lease ends in 6 months, and we're struggling to finalize a 3BHK in Gurgaon. We need space for two kids now, and my wife's main priority is a safe neighborhood with good amenities. We looked at a few places, including Swastik Greens, and the brochures always look amazing. But honestly, I'm worried about what actually gets delivered. Heard so many stories about clubhouses being ghost facilities or children's play areas just being a token gesture. And construction quality is a big one for me. Are people really facing cracks and seepage just a year after possession? What about maintenance charges, do they actually match the service quality? It feels like a guessing game. Has anyone here bought a flat recently and can share their experience with promised amenities vs. the reality after possession? Or maybe some red flags to look for during site visits regarding long-term quality? I don't want to regret this big purchase.
