Does The 3C Sports Village truly deliver on livability for families? We're seriously considering a 3BHK, my budget is around ₹80-85L. My wife's big on safety and good schools for the kids, so neighborhood quality around there is key. The brochure makes the amenities sound great, but are they actually useful daily? Like, is the pool clean, are the sports facilities maintained, or just for show? Also, how's the actual carpet area for a 3BHK? Some layouts look good on paper but feel small. What's the community vibe? Is it friendly or isolated? Really need honest opinions from residents.
Did a site visit to The 3C Sports Village on Saturday, looking for a smaller place since kids have moved out. Builder ne bola tha possession jaldi milega, but OC ka kuch pata nahi. Jo amenities brochure mein dikhaye the, woh bhi poore nahi lagte. Maintenance ka bhi clear idea nahi de rahe. Anyone else facing this? Monthly kitna lagta hai?
