Ready-to-move projects in Mohali feel like a safer bet these days, honestly. I'm looking at my first property, budget around ₹1.5 Cr, maybe stretch to ₹2 Cr. My parents keep saying completed projects mein koi headache nahi hota possession ka. I've been checking out Laburnum Victory Floors and The Antriksh Heights, both completed. Laburnum ka price thoda high end hai, around ₹2.35 Cr, aur Antriksh Heights ₹99L se ₹2.29 Cr tak jaa raha hai. Honestly, builder ka track record kaisa hai in Mohali for these two? For someone like me, investing for a 5-year appreciation, which one makes more sense? Not sure if the higher price of Laburnum justifies the potential returns ya Antriksh Heights better investment hai. Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
Antriksh Heights — kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize from our big house. My wife and I need something manageable, compact, with good society vibes. This project looks promising on paper but wanted a reality check. For those living there, is it genuinely a good place for daily life for an older couple? Matlab, noise levels, air quality, neighbours kaise hain wahan? Also, a big concern is the maintenance charges. What do residents actually pay monthly? Is it reasonable ya kaafi high for the amenities offered? And how easy is hospital access from there? We don't want to be too far from good medical facilities. Plus, society mein community feel hai ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? Any advice on the actual livability and total cost would be very helpful. Thinking of selling our current property soon.
What's the real capital appreciation like for The Antriksh Heights, honestly? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa there. The current price range seems pretty high, honestly not sure if the premium for a completed project is justified for long-term ROI. Has anyone invested there recently? What kind of rental yield are people actually seeing for a 3BHK? My main concern is liquidity and the resale market. Is it active? Who would buy a unit from me in say, 5-7 years if I decide to exit? Already have a home loan, so need to be smart about this next big move.
