₹18,000 monthly maintenance at The Green House feels steep. Just moved in last month, and honestly, the green spaces aren't as sprawling as brochures showed. Are these charges normal for Delhi? Security's decent, but the upkeep for what we get... not sure it's value. Anyone else feel this post-possession?
Honestly, I'm so confused about these 'premium' projects. My investment in The Green House is making me rethink everything. Brochure mein toh bade bade claims the amenities ke, like ek fancy clubhouse aur full power backup. But jo delivered hua hai, woh toh bas naam ka hai. Maintenance charges toh high hain but services bilkul nahi. Resale value pe kya impact hoga iska? Tenant bhi attract honge kya? Is it common for builders to over-promise like this? Yaar, ab samajh nahi aa raha.
Did a site visit to The Green House last Saturday. Honestly, everyone glorifies these fancy clubhouses aur 'world-class' amenities but real talk, investor perspective se, kitna use hota hai inka? I'm currently in a 2BHK, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK. Builders charge crazy maintenance for these things, but service quality aksar zero hoti hai. Is it just for show to hike up prices, or do tenants actually care? Change my mind if you think paying premium for a ghost facility makes sense.
