The Park (Greater Noida) mein investment ka soch raha hoon. Price range ₹75L-₹1.5 Cr hai. Jo log wahan rehte hain, batao kya actual rental yield mil raha hai? Aur capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since completion? Investor vs end-user ratio kya hai, ghost society risk toh nahi?
The Park ka completion track record kaafi strong hai from my experience. Iska long-term capital appreciation potential kya lagta hai? Investor vs end-user ratio kya hai yahan? Secondary market mein liquidity kaisi hai?
Honestly, the rental yield at The Park is nowhere near what the builder showed. Just got possession in March, and the society feels so empty. It's mostly investor flats, I think. This low occupancy is making it tough to even find good tenants, let alone get decent rent. What are others actually getting for a 2BHK here? Should I just look to exit now? Worried about the resale market long-term if this ghost town vibe continues. Anyone else facing this after moving in?
