₹94.32 lakh for a 2BHK at The Pearl Paradise. Kids grown, selling our house, need manageable. Everyone talks amenities, but nobody discusses carpet area efficiency. Builders show fancy layouts; usable space kitna hoga? I bet super built-up to carpet area ratio will be terrible. I need decent, functional living area for this price, not just common spaces. New project maintenance charges are always a shocker. They promise low, but baad mein it shoots up, adding to total cost. Genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? Change my mind.
