The Valley

Last year I saw a few properties around ₹80-90 lakh in Greater Noida, but couldn't finalize anything. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Now looking again, especially at projects like The Valley. My main concern is construction quality. Builder ka track record theek hai, but after 1-2 years, actual cracks ya seepage issues toh nahi aate? And amenities, like the clubhouse, are they really used and well-maintained? For an investor, resale value aur tenant attraction ke liye yeh sab kitna impact karta hai? Need your honest ground reality, bhai.
