I've been looking into upcoming projects in New Delhi and wanted to share my thoughts on The White Residency, specifically regarding its connectivity for daily life. This is an upcoming project by Akhil Kamboj, who has a track record of delivering two projects, including one in New Delhi. The price is listed at ₹74.99 L, with an average price per square foot of ₹6580. From a connectivity standpoint, the closest metro access is Chhattarpur Metro Station, approximately 3.2 kilometers away. While not right at the doorstep, this distance is certainly manageable with a short auto-rickshaw ride or feeder bus. For those working in business hubs like Gurgaon's Cyber City or parts of South Delhi, the Yellow Line from Chhattarpur offers a direct and relatively convenient link, which is a major plus for many professionals. Road connectivity around this area is generally decent, allowing access to major arteries, although Delhi traffic is always a factor to consider. The practicality of livability here hinges on being comfortable with that 3.2 km last-mile commute to the metro. The project's Rera Not Applicable status is also something to keep in mind. Overall, The White Residency seems to position itself as a practical option for homebuyers prioritizing metro access to key employment zones. Buyers should weigh the benefit of metro proximity against the daily effort for the final stretch to the station.
Do White Residency's promised amenities genuinely boost resale or tenant appeal? I'm seeing unused clubhouses just inflating maintenance. What's the real ROI on these 'premium' features, honestly?
My landlord increased rent AGAIN, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone glorifies these premium societies, but nobody talks about the maintenance charges, yaar. White Residency mein dekh raha tha, amenities list toh lambi hai, but does anyone actually use that huge clubhouse and sports facilities? Ya phir bas show-off hai? Monthly 8-10k maintenance for what? Swimming pool jo saal mein 2 mahine chalta hai? Meri EMI vs rent math mein yeh extra charges bahut pinch karte hain. Lagta hai builders bas checklist poori karte hain. Should I just ignore these 'premium' amenities and look for something simpler? Change my mind.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously considering The White Residency for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, I'm worried about construction quality. Will I see cracks and seepage after a year? Also, do the promised amenities like the clubhouse actually get delivered and maintained, or are they just for show? Is the price jump worth it?
The White Residency's promises seem too good. I'm worried about actual construction quality, like cracks, and if amenities are truly usable. What's the ground reality after possession?
Okay I'll be honest — I'm so done with renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. The White Residency New Delhi mein dekh raha hoon, ₹74.99L mein. But yaar, that carpet area for this price? Lagta hai bas paper pe achha hai. Is the layout practical for daily living, ya sirf compact bolke sell kar rahe hain? Bahut chhota lag raha hai for a family. Change my mind.
