Spent the whole Sunday checking out Town Real Estate 57 and True Bodh 79. Honestly, the advertised prices are so misleading. They show one rate, but then with PLC, EDC, and all these other charges, the price per sqft goes way up. It's frustrating. Did anyone else face this with these Mohali projects? Is the listed price ever the actual price?

Is Town Real Estate 57 really worth the jump from my current 2BHK in Sector 56? I'm looking at their 3BHK options, price around ₹1.60 Cr. Brochure mein toh sab sahi lagta hai, but I'm worried about the ground reality. Jo log wahan reh rahe hain, is the society genuinely good for families? Kids ke liye nearby schools ka kya scene hai, especially good ones? My current place has a decent community, not sure if Town Real Estate 57 mein bhi waisa vibe milega. Daily convenience, like grocery stores and hospitals, kitna close hain? Aur noise levels ka kya haal hai, given it's ongoing construction? Honestly, not sure if the premium is justified for the actual living experience. Any residents who can share their honest opinion?
