Uniwest Hub buyers: What was your actual final cost?

Visited Uniwest Hub on Saturday. Their pricing transparency is a joke. Quoted ₹78L, but off the record, PLC and other charges add another 10-12% easily. I know these super area vs carpet area games, but this felt next level. Anyone else faced these hidden costs after booking? What was your actual final per sqft?

Uniwest Hub delivery track record concerns

Uniwest Hub in Greater Noida is on my radar for investment. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know?
