Visited Uniwest Hub on Saturday. Their pricing transparency is a joke. Quoted ₹78L, but off the record, PLC and other charges add another 10-12% easily. I know these super area vs carpet area games, but this felt next level. Anyone else faced these hidden costs after booking? What was your actual final per sqft?
