Noida Extension — I'm comparing Jaypee Imperial Court and Urbtech Xaviers. Both ready. I work in real estate, but need honest opinions. Which offers better 5-year appreciation? What's the real ROI?

Guys, I'm so fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge in Noida. I'm torn between Antriksh India Grand View and Urbtech Xaviers. Grand View is ready to move, sahi hai, but the price is way higher. Urbtech Xaviers is cheaper. Kya karein? I heard some builders don't deliver on promises. Builder ka track record kya hai? Also, which has better rental potential, yaar? Mujhe advice chahiye!

Planning to upgrade. Urbtech Xaviers and JMD Marvella Homes both look good. JMD is ready to move, sahi hai? But Xaviers has better amenities, I think? What about actual carpet area? Which one has more open space, yaar? Is the price jump worth it?
