Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Pune, aur abhi bhi confused hoon. Sarsan Nancy Hill View A 1 dekh raha tha, under-construction hai, price thoda theek lag raha. But yaar, under-construction mein delivery delays ka darr lagta hai. My parents keep saying ready-to-move hi lo, like Vascon Aurum. Uska price tag kaafi upar hai, 1.6 Cr se shuru. I mean, it's completed, no waiting, but is that premium really worth it? Plus, I'm worried about investor-heavy societies. Kahin Vascon Aurum mein bahut saare investors na ho, aur fir society ka vibe hi na bane. Under-construction mein end-users zyada hote hain, right? Not sure agar future appreciation bhi Vascon mein utni milegi. Kya lagta hai, under-construction gamble lena chahiye ya ready-to-move ka extra paisa dena better hai?
₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Vascon Aurum, I thought it was a decent investment. But capital appreciation bilkul nahi dikh raha. Rental yield bhi expected tha, par ab lagta hai itna nahi milega. Anyone else bought here? Kya ROI expectations miss hue hain?
Vascon Aurum ke flat layouts Neo Regal se kitne different hain, especially for a growing family? We're upgrading from a 2BHK, need more space for the kids. My wife ko Neo Regal ka carpet area thoda kam laga, considering its price point around 82L. Vascon Aurum obviously looks grand, but its 1.6 Cr+ price tag is a big jump. Kya Vascon Aurum mein end-users zyada hain ya investor crowd? Don't want a ghost society. Kids ke school admission ka bhi tension hai; nearby good schools aur hospital connectivity dono projects mein kaisi hai? Safe environment kaunse mein better hai? Any actual resident experiences?
