Vastu Vinayak, Pune - price range 72.50L-90.60L, looks decent on paper. My parents keep saying location is key, so I'm wondering about the neighbourhood quality around there. Schools, hospitals, markets — kitna easy access hai? Brochure mein amenities bahut dikhate hain, but real mein kitna useful hai? Honestly, not sure if it's genuinely good for daily living or just good on paper. Koi rehta hai wahan ya paas mein? Apne experiences share karo please.
