Thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Vihaan 107 and RN Elite are both ready to move. Vihaan seems fancy, but RN Elite is way cheaper. Is the price jump worth it? Which has better rental potential, ya phir 5 saal mein ROI zyada milega? Confused!
Honestly, I'm confused between RN Amod Residency and Vihaan 107. Amod is cheaper, but Vihaan seems to have better construction quality, from what I hear. Carpet area efficiency in Vihaan is supposedly better too. Which one would you pick for long-term investment in Noida? I need help deciding!
Finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting. Vihaan 107 or RN Elite Apartment? Is the extra cost worth it? Or is RN Elite sahi hai for a first home? What's the real carpet area difference?
Looking at Vihaan 107 and Cosmos Shivalik Homes. Ready to move is key, so that's a plus for both. From my experience, carpet area efficiency matters more than advertised rates. Anyone compared the actual usable space in these two? Also, resale value after 5 years – which has better potential?
Been seeing ads for RN Elite and Vihaan 107. My wife's priority is safety for the children. Has anyone compared the actual usable carpet area? Honestly not sure which offers better value for money in the long run. Also, which society has a better existing community and RWA?
Vihaan 107 sounds fancy, but Alstonia's carpet area efficiency is better. Kids' school admission is easier nearby too. Change my mind, but that's my take.
Fed up of renting. Vihaan 107 is ready to move, but SM Skycon Heights is way cheaper. Carpet area wise, which gives better space, guys? Also, resale value ka kya scene hai?
Golden Nest 2 is cheaper than Vihaan 107. But, is it worth paying double for Vihaan? Carpet area kitna milega? Ready to move sahi hai, but resale value mein kya scene hai?
I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games. Golden Nest 2 is cheap, but is it *really* worth it? Vihaan 107 seems better built, but the price jump is significant. Honestly not sure about the resale market for either. Which has better appreciation potential in Noida, off the record? Anyone seen the actual possession quality in Vihaan 107 vs Golden Nest 2? What do you all think?
Okay I'll be honest — I'm torn between Jaypee Augusta Town Home and Vihaan 107. Both ready to move, which is a big plus. Vihaan 107 ka price is decent, but what's the carpet area like, honestly? Jaypee Augusta looks good, but maintenance charges kya scene hai? Has anyone lived there? I'm thinking long-term, like 5-year appreciation. Which one is better for that, ab samajh nahi aa raha. Should I even consider other options?
