Vihaan Galaxy Tower T

Honestly, I thought Vihaan Galaxy Tower T was a solid investment when I got possession a few months back. But now I'm seeing actual rental yield is lower than projected. Secondary market mein activity bhi thodi slow lag rahi. Any other investors here facing similar issues? What's the real capital appreciation potential for the next 2-3 years? Is this just a temporary dip?
