Vishwa Aseemvishwa

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. Vishwa Aseemvishwa looks okay, but I'm really fed up of builders promising one thing and delivering another. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhate hain, are they even functional after possession? Pool ki maintenance kaisi hai? Gym mein equipment chalte bhi hain ya bas showpiece hai? And yaar, what about the actual daily life quality? Maintenance charges bhi bata do, are they reasonable for what's offered? Don't want to get stuck with a project where half the stuff is broken. Any residents can share their pain points?

Okay, I'll be honest, I'm fed up with renting. Everyone hypes Vishwa Aseemvishwa for capital appreciation in Pune, but I'm seeing pathetic rental yields there. Plus, how liquid is its resale market really? Feels like it might just be another ghost society with too many investors. Change my mind.
