VS Adarsh

3 months in my new flat near Sarjapur Road, and I'm already wondering about construction quality. Bought a 2BHK in VS Adarsh, possession was in March. Honestly, kitchen mein fitting issues hain, aur bathroom mein thoda seepage dikh raha hai. Yeh sab normal hai kya after just a few months? My biggest worry is long-term maintenance costs and resale value. Builder ka track record looks okay but these small things bug me. Amenities ki baat karein toh, pool aur gym toh hain but utna use nahi hota. Was it worth paying a premium for these? Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain, but service doesn't always match. Kya aap logon ne bhi aise issues face kiye hain? How do these things impact ROI for an investor?

Been renting for 5 years, fed up. Looking at VS Adarsh in Bangalore. Investor perspective se, construction quality aur amenities mein kya zyada important hai? High-end amenities ke chakkar mein basic quality compromise hoti hai kya? Kya kehte ho?
