We just got possession in March for our 3 BHK at VVIP Mangal and moved in last month. Honestly, the actual usable space feels so cramped. It's not what I expected for the price we paid, especially considering it's a completed project. Did anyone else who bought here feel the same about the carpet area efficiency? The layout seems inefficient, or maybe I'm just used to bigger spaces. Also, are the noise levels from outside normal, or is it just our block? Not sure if it's genuinely a good home or just good on paper.
Ghaziabad mein property dekh raha hoon for a while now. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally thinking of taking the plunge, EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. I'm looking at KM Zinnia and VVIP Mangal, both completed projects. Zinnia ka price range theek lag raha, but VVIP Mangal thoda high-end hai. One thing I realized, total cost of ownership ka calculation sirf base price se nahi hota. Builder quotes ₹X, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC, interiors, aur 2 saal ka maintenance add karoge toh figure bahut badh jaata hai. Actual carpet area bhi check karna zaroori hai. Often, super area bolke they show big numbers, but usable space kam hota hai. VVIP Mangal mein kya ye hidden costs zyada hain KM Zinnia se? Also, 5-year appreciation ke liye which one seems better? Koi real-world experience share kar sakta hai? Hope this helps someone thinking beyond just the listed price.
I moved into VVIP Mangal around March, and honestly, the possession process itself was pretty smooth, no major hiccups there. But living here daily, it's not quite what I pictured. The apartment layout felt spacious on paper, but actual carpet area feels a bit tight for a 3BHK, especially the bedrooms. Things like storage are a real challenge. Also, the noise levels are surprisingly high, especially from the main road. Air quality isn't great either. I mean, is it just me, or did anyone else feel the actual livability doesn't match the initial excitement? What about the neighbourhood? Schools and markets are okay, but commute to central Ghaziabad is a drag. Am I missing something here?
Visited VVIP Mangal last weekend for 3BHK options. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, but already have a home loan, so the price jump needs justifying. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Amenities like gym, clubhouse, kids play area... woh actually useful hain ya bas show-off? Is it genuinely a good home for daily living?
