Amrapali Crystal Homes or Godrej Jardinia? Totally lost!
Fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge. Amrapali Crystal Homes looked good, but I heard horror stories about delays. Godrej Jardinia seems safer, but is it worth the premium? Anyone had on-time possession with either? Also, what about hidden charges at possession? Honestly not sure which way to go. EMI vs rent math is killing me!
Godrej's high PLC charges are a dealbreaker, right?
Okay I'm planning to upgrade. Godrej Jardinia looks good but PLC seems crazy high. Amrapali Crystal Homes is cheaper, but worried about construction quality. What's more important? Already have a home loan.
Amrapali's past overshadows Godrej, even now.
Godrej Jardinia seems safer than anything Amrapali Crystal Homes promised, considering their history. Construction quality wise, I'd still pick Godrej. Anyone else feel Amrapali's baggage is too big?
Godrej Jardinia sahi hai ya Amrapali Crystal Homes?
Since January I've been looking in Noida. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area game, but buying for myself is different! Godrej Jardinia looks good, but on-time delivery ka record kya hai? Amrapali Crystal Homes ka naam suna hai, but construction quality reports are mixed, right? Anyone faced hidden charges with either? Honestly, confused between the two. Which gives better resale value in 5 years, guys?
Noida property: Godrej Jardinia or ATS? Confused!
Since January I've been seriously looking to buy in Noida. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games builders play. Initially liked ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards, but heard some horror stories about possession delays with ATS projects. Matlab, delay toh sab karte hai, but ATS ka kuch zyada hi scene hai kya? Now I'm considering Godrej Jardinia. On paper, it looks good, but is Godrej really worth the premium price? Construction quality wise, anyone have any firsthand experience with Godrej in Noida? Also, heard some builders are notorious for hidden charges at possession. Any truth to that with either of these guys? Help a confused soul out!
Noida luxury projects are way overpriced, CMV
Okay I'll be honest — I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 75, but these new luxury projects seem insane. Looking at 3BHKs or maybe even a villa. Godrej Jardinia looks nice, but is it really worth the premium over something like ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. I've heard ATS sometimes has construction delays. Anyone have experience with their on-time delivery? And what about hidden charges at possession? My friend got hit with crazy PLC fees. Honestly not sure if the price jump is worth it for the 'luxury' tag. Is resale value better with Godrej 5 years down the line?
ATS vs Godrej in Noida – Hidden Costs are Real!
Okay I'll say what no one says: Everyone glorifies Godrej, but nobody talks about the hidden charges at possession. ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards mein, at least people I know were expecting those extra costs. Godrej Jardinia, it seems like many people got a shock. Matlab, which builder is really better for NRI investment if I can't even do a site inspection myself? Resale value wise, does Godrej's brand really justify the extra EMI? Change my mind. Need a property manager, so hidden costs really matter.
ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards: Too good to be true?
Since January I've been digging into ATS and Godrej. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, right? ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards is tempting, but the price seems low. What's the catch? Godrej Jardinia is pricier, but maybe safer? Heard ATS customer support is slow after booking. Anyone faced hidden charges with ATS at possession? Matlab, PLC wagera. Is it worth saving some money or going with a bigger brand name? Help!
