I'm looking at properties in Noida and considering Nimbus The Golden Palms and Anchal Silver Oak Tower. What do you think about the location of each? Is one better connected to the metro or expressway? Anchal Tower seems pricier, but is it worth the extra cost in terms of amenities? Has anyone experienced the construction quality of either builder? Nimbus is ready-to-move, while Anchal seems to be still under construction. Which one would you recommend for investment and ROI? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the resale value in Nimbus? Mujhe advice chahiye!
Sampada Shramdeep vs Anchal Silver Oak: Which is better?
Guys, I'm confused between Sampada Shramdeep Apartments and Anchal Silver Oak Tower in Noida. Sampada is ready-to-move, which is a plus. Has anyone experienced living there? What's the maintenance like? Anchal Silver Oak is super expensive, almost 10-12Cr! Is it worth that price? What amenities justify that cost? Kya kisi ko pata hai, Anchal ka construction quality kaisa hai? I'm thinking long-term investment. Which one would give better ROI? Location-wise, which area is more convenient for daily commute? Mujhe advice chahiye, should I consider other options too? What do you think? Which one is better value for money? Not sure if I should stretch my budget so much. Any suggestions?

Anchal's price per sqft is crazy high, right? Royal Residency seems like a better deal for a bigger family. What about school proximity though? Anyone has kids there?
