Yam Aasra Enclave or ATS Le Grandiose - which one?

Has anyone compared the actual carpet area in Yam Aasra Enclave vs ATS Le Grandiose? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games builders play. Which one gives you more usable space, off the record? And what about possession? ATS is known for delays, right? Yam Aasra Enclave ka possession status kya hai? I'm looking for something relatively risk-free. Also, which has better metro connectivity for daily commute? Honestly not sure which way to lean. ATS Le Grandiose ya Dwarka Anamika? Confused!

Just moved into a new society in Noida, and tbh, seeing everyone consider ATS Le Grandiose. But Dwarka Anamika Residency is upcoming, so which is better? Everyone glorifies ATS, but nobody talks about the carpet area. It's less than advertised, right? Also, builder trust matters. Dwarka is new. ATS delivered, but delayed. Should I go with ready possession or take a chance? Change my mind.
