Guys, I'm confused between Raghunandan Divine Lotus Greens and CPA Homes in Noida. Divine Lotus Greens is around 81 lakhs, while CPA Homes is much cheaper, like 24-40 lakhs. Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? Which one has better amenities, like swimming pool and gym? I'm looking for ready-to-move options only. Also, what's the rental potential for both projects? Which one would give better ROI if I plan to rent it out later? Divine Lotus Greens location is good but CPA homes is more affordable.
