Eldeco Magnolia Park's resale value is seriously inflated.

Honestly not sure why Eldeco Magnolia Park commands such a premium in resale. ATS Pious Hideaways, even though it's ongoing, seems like a better bet for appreciation. My wife's priority is safety, and both seem comparable, but the carpet area in Magnolia Park feels less efficient for the price. Plus, I'm hearing mixed reviews about their RWA. Anyone else think it's overpriced? Should I just wait for OC in ATS?

Magnolia Park's price is insane. Change my mind.

Okay I'll say it. Maxblis Grand Wellington makes way more sense than Eldeco Magnolia Park. Who needs a ₹14 crore flat? Carpet area efficiency toh dekho. Sahi hai? Disagree? Tell me why.

Magnolia Park vs Gardenia Glory - school proximity matters!

Okay I'll be honest—school proximity is key for my kids' admission. Magnolia Park is already OC, toh koi risk nahi hai. Gardenia AIMS MAX Gardenia Glory ka location bhi sahi hai.
