Hi all, I'm looking at property investment in Noida and confused between Hark Sai Homes 4 (under construction) and TGB Meghdutam (ready to move). What do you think about location for both? Is connectivity better near one than the other? Also, TGB Meghdutam is obviously much more expensive. Is it worth the higher price, considering the amenities and construction quality? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the builder reputation of Hark Sai Homes? Which one offers better ROI in Noida right now? Should I consider resale value? Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated!
