Purvanchal Silver Estate amenities: brochure vs reality?
Based in Dubai, I'm trying to decide between Hometech Pride and Purvanchal Silver Estate. Hometech is ready to move, which is tempting, but the amenities seem basic. Purvanchal's brochure shows amazing stuff, but is it real? I can't do a site inspection myself. Heard stories of unfinished clubhouses. Is it worth paying so much more for Purvanchal if the amenities are just for show? Anyone actually using the sports facilities there? Need real experiences, not marketing fluff.
SS Sainik Farms vs Hometech Pride: Which is better?
SS Sainik Farms seems pricier, but is carpet area better than Hometech Pride? Ready-to-move is safer, isn't it? Which society has more green space? I don't want a cramped flat.
Ready to move is ALWAYS better than under construction. Change my mind.
Okay I'll say what no one says - under-construction projects are a SCAM. Everyone glorifies the lower price, but nobody talks about the hidden costs and delays. Just moved into Hometech Pride last month, and honestly, the peace of mind is worth everything. My friend bought in Paramount Floraville years ago, still waiting for some promised amenities. Plus, the carpet area efficiency in Hometech Pride is surprisingly good. I'm paying way less per sqft than he is, even after considering the premium for ready-to-move. Is it worth saving a few lakhs to deal with years of uncertainty? Honestly, not for me. Disagree? Tell me why.
