The locality is blessed by some of the most prestigious Hospitals, including Kailash Hospital and Heart Institute and Dharamshila Naryana Super Specialty Hospital. The nearest metro station is the Sector 16, Noida metro station, and Sector 15, Noida metro station, located on the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro service at a distance of 3 km only. Mandawali- Chander Vihar Railway Station and Anand Vihar Railway Station are the nearest railway station located about 8 km away.
