JP Homes vs Jaypee Kube: Which one is better for investment?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Noida. I've shortlisted JP Homes (ready to move) and Jaypee Kube (COMPLETED). What do you think about these two? Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya aap logon ko pata hai, which one is closer to the metro? Also, price wise, JP Homes or Jaypee Kube, which one offers better value for money currently? I'm confused. Has anyone experienced the construction quality of both? Mujhe advice chahiye on which one has better amenities and features like swimming pool, gym etc. Which one would you recommend for long-term investment in Noida? Not sure which one to choose. Any suggestions?
