Noida: Omaxe Twin Towers vs Kendriya Karamchari - Which to buy?

Guys, I'm confused between Omaxe Twin Towers and Kendriya Karamchari Awasiye Yojna in Noida. Omaxe is obviously more expensive, but is it worth the extra cost? Kya kisi ko Omaxe mein amenities ka experience hai? Kendriya Karamchari is more budget-friendly, but what about construction quality? Which one has better connectivity and future growth potential? I'm primarily looking at investment and rental income. Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
