Kya kisi ne dono projects dekhe hain? M3M ka location wise kya scene hai? Is it well connected? Also, what about the amenities? Which one offers better amenities for the price? I'm looking for long-term investment, so ROI wise, which one is better? What do you think about the builder's track record for both? Mujhe advice chahiye. Not sure which to choose. Any suggestions?
