Since last year we've been waiting for possession of our flat in M3M The Cullinan II. Kids have moved out, so humne socha ek manageable size ka flat le lete hain. Builder ne bola tha 2024 end tak mil jaayega, ab sun rahe hain 2025 mid tak jaayega. Old house ka deal final hai, ab kahan rahein? Aur jo carpet area brochure mein dikhaya tha, site pe jaake toh kuch aur hi lag raha hai. Bohut frustrating hai. Anyone else facing M3M delays or carpet area discrepancies in Greater Noida? Kya karein ab?
SKA Destiny One ki possession timelines kitni real lagti hain? I'm in real estate, but khud ke liye property lena is a different ballgame, sab marketing spin lagta hai. SKA Destiny One aur M3M Cullinan II, dono ongoing projects hain. M3M ka price point high hai, but unka track record kaisa hai Greater Noida mein? Kya lagta hai, kiski delivery zyada reliable hogi? Aur carpet area ke maamle mein, kaunsa project better space offer karta hai, considering the super area difference?
Under-construction luxury projects in Greater Noida feel like a huge gamble right now. I'm looking at property, aur M3M The Cullinan II ke ads dekh ke lagta hai ki kya hi bana rahe hain, but it's like 7 crore se start ho raha hai. Woh bhi ongoing, matlab possession mein kitna time lagega, kon jane. Phir VKG Palm Village bhi dekha, woh toh ready hai aur budget mein bhi hai, like under 16 lakh. Matlab itna huge price difference, samajh nahi aa raha. Ek taraf ready-to-move, doosri taraf high-end under-construction. Investor point of view se M3M ka ROI better hoga kya 5 saal mein? Ya ready property mein entry karke tension free rehna chahiye? Total cost of ownership bhi toh dekhna hai, stamp duty, registration, sab mila ke kitna upar chala jayega. Any thoughts on these two options, especially for a first-time buyer like me?
