Sharnam Homes vs Metropark: Which to choose?

Guys, I'm confused between Sharnam Homes (ready to move) and Metropark Shaurya Apartments (under construction) in Noida. Sharnam is complete, so immediate possession. Metropark is still ongoing. Kya kisi ko Metropark ka possession timeline pata hai? Which one offers better connectivity to the metro? I heard Sharnam is closer. Also, what about the amenities?
