I'm confused. Need a bigger place. Purvanchal Bhagirathi is ready, but damn expensive! Royal Residency is upcoming, cheaper, but possession kab milega? My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Is it worth the wait for Royal Residency, or should I just stretch for Purvanchal? Socha tha budget mein ho jaega.

Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge, but honestly not sure which way to go. Eldeco Edge is ready to move, but the price is crazy high, 7.73 Cr onwards! Royal Residency is upcoming, cheaper at 59L-75L, but who knows when possession will actually happen? I'm thinking EMI vs rent math, but the risk of delay is scary. Eldeco has a reputation, but is it worth the premium? Royal Residency looks good on paper, but what about hidden costs? Which would you pick if you were in my position? Vote below!

Royal Residency ka price is around ₹60-75L. Aims Golf Avenue ka toh mujhe idea nahi. I'm thinking investment mostly, maybe rent it out later. Which one would be better for appreciation in like 5 years? Not sure about builder reputation for either. Carpet area efficiency bhi matter karta hai, zyada usable space chahiye. Any opinions? I'm a first-time buyer, so I had no idea it would be so difficult! Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
