Aims Golf Avenue 2 vs Unitech Exquisite: Hidden Maintenance Costs

I'm looking at Noida projects again. Aims Golf Avenue 2 looks tempting, but Unitech Exquisite is ready to move. Samajhna yeh hai, initial price toh dikhta hai, but maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Aims golf mein, what's the real monthly cost after possession? Exquisite mein, old construction hai toh repair costs zyada toh nahi? Carpet area bhi check karna hai. Which offers better value *after* all the hidden costs? What's your experience?

Noida property: Actual cost more than advertised?

Based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily. Unitech Exquisite seems complete, less risky than Aims Golf Avenue 2. But is the carpet area worth that price jump? Need a property manager, tbh.

Unitech Exquisite vs Unibera Mea: Which offers better ROI?

I'm based in Dubai and looking at property in Noida purely for investment. Unitech Exquisite seems fancy, with prices around ₹11-12 Cr, but is the rental yield actually there? Can anyone share their experience? Unibera Mea Apartments are ready to move, which reduces risk, but I'm worried about finding a good property manager remotely. What are the typical maintenance charges in both projects? Is the carpet area efficiency better in one versus the other? Honestly not sure which way to go. Resale potential is also a big factor since I can't do a site inspection myself. Need a property manager to handle everything. Any advice from current owners or investors? Dubai return: Investment paralysis in Noida!

I'm based in Dubai and trying to buy something back home, but it's a minefield. Looking at Noida – Unitech Exquisite vs Sai Upvan. Exquisite is obviously premium, but are you REALLY getting what you pay for at that price point? Honestly not sure if the ROI justifies it. Sai Upvan seems more affordable, but I worry about rental potential. Can I even find decent tenants? Everyone glorifies the low price of Sai Upvan, but nobody talks about maintenance costs and hidden charges. Is it worth the headache dealing with smaller units and potentially lower appreciation? Change my mind. I need a property manager either way, power of attorney sorted, but still can't do a site inspection myself. Disagree? Tell me why.

Unitech Exquisite is OC, but Purvanchal Silver Estate looks tempting.

Finally fed up of renting, so I'm looking at Noida. Unitech Exquisite is ready to move, right? But wo toh bahut costly hai. Purvanchal Silver Estate mein EMI kam lag rahi hai. Is it worth the risk of under construction for lower EMI? What's the real carpet area difference, anyone know?
