About Sector 117
Sector 117 is an upcoming locality in Noida, that falls under the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. It comes under the purview of the National Capital Region (NCR) of India. Sector 117 is just a short drive away from New Delhi. The Development of the area is managed by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). Sector 117 is connected to Agra by the six-lane Yamuna Expressway. The annual Indian Grand Prix is held at the Buddh International Circuit which has helped putting the city firmly on the global map. The Greater Noida Cricket Stadium is an under-construction cricket stadium that provides the much needed sporting avenues for the inhabitants of the area. Been renting for 5 years, landlord ne phir rent badha diya! I'm done. Unitech Unihomes 2 and Eldeco Ananda dono ready to move hai, that's a big plus. But Unitech's price seems lower. Is it worth the risk though? Anyone living in either? Carpet area kitna milta hai actually? Plus, resale value mein kaunsa better rahega? Socha tha EMI rent se kam hoga, but total cost dekh ke dar lag raha hai. Any advice?
