Guys, I'm confused between Sikka Kirat Greens and VRSA The Ultima Heights in Noida. Sikka is completed toh ready to move hai, but VRSA ka kya scene hai? Anyone has experience with VRSA's construction quality? Price-wise, VRSA looks cheaper, but is it really worth it? Kya Sikka mein resale value better milega?
